I didn't get his name, but the male employee at the window today was very pleasant and gave me my free birthday drink even though we couldn't find it on my rewards card. He gave great costumer service and was also a friendly person. Thanks!!

Who closes at 7 on a Friday?! Regardless there are no hours posted and I couldn't even have gotten the courtesy of an employee making an apologetic gesture from the other side of either the drive through or when I pulled up to the front door.

I left my car in the nearby Costco tire center and set out to wander the wastes of this 300 W. strip mall region. I thought some midday joe might help. Starbucks--that most assuring edifice of modern corporate homogeneity--beckoned to me. Embraced by the comfortingly sterile interior, I ordered a 12 oz. soy latte. My understanding is that the recipe involves two shots of espresso and some steamed soy milk. What I received tasted like a candle from Pier 1. Have they joined forces? Does it all come from the same spigot? Does Starbucks use a new variety of GMOmygodthat'snasty soy milk? I officially apologize to every local coffee shop in Salt Lake.

Slow slow slow service and no one else was in front of me. The 2 girls working thought it was more amusing to converse with each other then to make my drink!!!!!!!! A bunch if crap and when I told them it was taking a whole to make my drink they ignored me.

I have known the Manager Melanie since she worked at another location in 2007 in Sandy. I have to say that she has done a GREAT job making this a great location with friendly and helpful staff! They greet almost everyone by name and are quick to get your order done so you can get on with whatever it is you're doing. Love that the crew here doesn't change much which is rare!

Honestly, this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Today at 4:30 pm, there was a long line in the drive through. The girl asked for my order 4 times and still brought me the wrong drink. There were only two female high school age employees there and they were giggling and talking constantly (with each other), and it became clear that this is why they were so slow and couldn't get anyone's order right. From what I could tell there was no one there to supervise them. This is a fairly new store, and I have been to so many Starbucks stores that I have a certain level of expectation...this Starbucks doesn't cut it. The service was so terrible that I left without a drink and went to another coffee place down the street. If I could give less than 1 star...this would be the place.

It's not as if I need to introduce anyone to the products served here, if you haven't been in one yet you probably are confined to your house anyways. Bottom line is that all the employees here are extremely friendly, nice and always want to make sure your drink is served perfectly. They've never come up short on anything I've ordered but I know if they did it would be made right immediately. Plus they recognize me and know exactly what I want, which is always nice. My favorite Starbucks location!
